So, on a 540K loan,  the VA funding fee on IRRRL is .5% or 2700, escrow would likely be 3000-4000, whatever county taxes, maybe the finance company charges underwriting and processing maybe 1000-2000, and other fees you might have to pay ~1K.

Obviously, a noise complaint is going to be looked at much differently than an armed robbery. 

If you buy correctly (right numbers, do a good job renovating, and use a good PM company), you won't have any trouble renting out your property at all.

There is a dire need of housing for company men but most importantly families.

Seek competitive rates and terms: Compare interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, and loan terms among different lenders.

Now, different properties meet different peoples needs best; some want lowest price, some want closest proximately to work, some want largest accommodations, everyone has different evaluation to arrive at what will work and what rental they’re willing to pay.
