Subpar work and poor tenant screening are common, unfortunatley. 

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

I need to personally do a better job of being able to estimate repair costs to compete with other investors.
