Hello, I'll get right to the point. I have a lead on a property that my uncle is considering selling. The property is paid off. It's a a 3/1 1/2 duplex. 1 side. I'm interested in potential buy for a rental or maybe wholesale. I have a good job and excellent credit but not much cash. The house is at 5 peach tree ln, stafford Va 22554. I appreciate any advise and I am open to a partner. Thank you all.
