I built / or should say I refurbed studs out a 4 bd then built a new 4 bed behind it.. last year and that sold for 1.250 buyer is renting it by the room to collage students.. that's quite popular there as well. not as profitable of course as the air bnb..

A tip for the homewoner....the last thing a person in foreclosure needs is for some wannabe wholesaler to tie up their property “hoping” to flip the contract....the deal falls apart then the homeowner doesn’t have time to sell it to a real buyer.

Prices are rising so that won't last forever, but it is there.Big difference - 1) The police respond and are active in enforcing laws to protect your tenants and homes2) The schools are much better3) The crime is MUCH lower 4) You will be happier with your property manager5) The homes will actually sell to end buyers, not just out of state investors.6) People pay taxes and water bills in every city other then Detroit nearly all of the timeCan you make a HUGE return in Detroit!
