So i have two personnel in Colorado that i work with, Texas i lived for many years and have someone i flipped with previously on ground, Georgia both my brothers live as well as another investor friend, and Las Vegas i am here on ground and work with several other investors who are just trying to get started, as well as being a licensed Real Estate Agent.

I do think that because most investors are lazy, in that they wan to make money as easily as possible and can afford to use expensive marketing techniques, I won't have a lot of competition in the probate and NOD area because they aren't going to the courthouse and digging through filing cabinets.If you have any tips for a brother, message me.
