It’s not a matter of anything changing suddenly, as much as the reality of how this company views it’s customers, which is an awareness that many of us have been coming to for some time now.

I'd say that you need to just jump in on a small, low leverage deal, or partner with someone to let you view the process.

Logically, and by the books/podcasts, I would agree with all of you, but I didn’t mention, it’s a double lot, lake view with potential for a 4th unit.

Each state and country has different laws when it comes to how it views martial assets.

The issues that come to mind are in trying to refinance a year from now and finding the property has significantly declined...Or even having limited success renting it out due to not people staying in and not viewing as many properties.

Some are turning into one year rentals bc they bought something they cannot afford when it comes down to all the expenses involved.I would be happy to share more of my views and projections.

They are willing to rent it by only viewing pictures, as we cannot show houses in Michigan at this time. 

As the chairman said, it seems to me in view of this great crisis, as it is going to be worse after this Congress adjourns, we have got to do something to take care of these people, and the landlords have just got to face the situation.

There is just so much uncertainty on the exact financial fallout the pandemic has had, as well as the overall view people have on traveling and being in close proximity to others.
