I only buy the best but I use them more frequently than probably 90% of the general population to fix my old houses up , most of which are an hour from my home so I don’t want stuck with a busted tool that I gotta run all over town for .

The issues I have with it are that it's a young company, so there's a good amount of bugs so far but they do update frequently and have pretty responsive customer service.

When the batteries in them die, which they frequently will on the exterior entry doors, and your tenant(s) gets locked out, they're SOL until the PM gets there to change the batteries.
