I also check Paperstac frequently, but I think the real professionals favor brokers more due to pricing.

@Tim Macy I will be in SA frequently, and one of my partners will be living there full time.

My only issue is that I travel frequently for work (10+ months per year).

Probably the best thing to do is have a network of people who check in with you frequently to keep you accountable.

I only buy the best but I use them more frequently than probably 90% of the general population to fix my old houses up  , most of which are an hour from my home so I don’t want stuck with a busted tool that I gotta run all over town for .

The issues I have with it are that it's a young company, so there's a good amount of bugs so far but they do update frequently and have pretty responsive customer service. 

I wrote the above to help the larger audience in BP. 

When the batteries in them die, which they frequently will on the exterior entry doors, and your tenant(s) gets locked out, they're SOL until the PM gets there to change the batteries.

In addition to what Justin said in regards to stucco being brittle, it can and frequently does crack from thermal cycles.

I forgot to mention we live about an hour and a half from Sevierville so we would be able to check on the property frequently.
