I have 4 properties, currently using Cozy.  I want more capabilities, looking at Stessa.  I tried Tenantcloud and felt it was too time consuming...What do you use and what are your likes/dislikes?

I'm a TenantCloud user for a couple of years. At first, the functionality seemed too complicated. But once you've thoroughly navigated the system, it really makes sense:)

Also, you may want to take a look at Avail or Buildium.
