You have multiple "knobs" you can play with here -- upfront payments, extra balloon payments at the end, more payments, higher payments, etc.A couple simple scenarios:Looks like about $930/month for those same 125 months accomplishes getting you to an 8% IRR. 

You need to decide how much time you want to devote and what your goals are for your Real Estate business.Once you set your goals and define your resources, you can select a strategy to accomplish those goals.Good Luck

Not that that necessarily means sacrificing $50k now, but to me the time to recoup the $50k is secondary to which overall strategy will accomplish our goals.

Find someone interested in helping you accomplish YOUR objectives, not the other way around.

I have a great resource at hand, but I am having a hard time using it to its full potential.I was able to connect with private banker/lender worth billions, and has allowed me to join his team.He told me the best niche, as a woman, that I can start with is RE, whether providing financing for buyers, hard money for RE investors, or even acquiring RE to lease or sale on my own, and he provides all the capital.Long story short he wants me to make wise investments using his funds to help me earn more income.So far so good, but I have not closed a large enough deal to where I feel like I've accomplished a continual sales or investment strategy.Can anyone give me insight on how I can really thrive in RE, or at least be a contact for those who already involved and just need lenders.It's been over two months now, and I know I can do better than what I am doing.

Your correct in saying it's very easy in building a website with WIX however I was having a problem Copying and Pasting from a word Doc. to a page and no matter what I do I can't seem accomplish this last problem.
