Here's some things that you might want to do starting out: 1) Read Books (tons of recommended book lists on the forums, do a search), listen to the BP Rookie podcasts, watch BP's free webinars - choose topics you are interested in to help narrow down the sheer amount of information.

@Caroline Gerardo is 100% right on this topic and I can't believe an actual experienced builder/investor would suggest that any of 12 items listed would impact value more than a couple thousand dollar condition adjustment.
