Hello @Darius Ogloza To tag on to the post, we have an executive housing in Perrysburg, 4.3 acres of land, 4 bed, 4 bath, 3 car mechanics garage with a swimming and fishing pond on the premises. 

My question is where can I find agents who can help me with the permits as well as architects, contractors, electricians, and mechanics to design a plan to build a new home on a land.If anyone in Philly has ever bought land and built a new home on that land, can you provide a rough estimate of how much it would cost including the different permits and construction.Greatly appreciate everyone’s help!

In fact, I just graduated high school from an online private school (Veritas Scholars Academy) and I will be studying mechanical engineering in the fall at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

I don't know what the timing looks like with that sort of thing though.. or the mechanics, I assume that you take all the money out of the IRA and replace it with the market value of the real estate.

Looks a little beat up on one unit and all mechanicals are old. 60-80k in updates needed and after one year of living here will cash flow around 200$ as a full rental with a 8.4 rate.
