Thanks guys, yes that what my understanding too can't get loan for flipping houses from the bank.I found some private money lenders but still kind of scary.I got to the point where I have to start and I am ready for the new challenge and the risk

She has arranged inspections, repairs, found us great tenants, and helped us find valuable properties. 

These answers can usually be found easily on county records.

In the process, I found a homeowner that was fined $60 because of 4th false alarm of burglery.

Not sure where you found a lawyer that will do this for less than $400.
