Favorite Motivated Seller Profile

Good afternoon!

Hopefully, you are having a fantastic day so far. I read "Finding and Funding Great Deals" by Anson Young, and I was surprised by all the different motivations to sell their home a person may have and the different ways to find the appropriate information to target this people. Therefore, I started to look at some code violations in my area to see if I could find some of the things the author mentioned. In the process, I found a homeowner that was fined $60 because of 4th false alarm of burglery. Now, this may or may not be a good enough motivation for an owner to sell at a discount price. However, because I had not read this anywhere, it made me realize that there may be several other motivations that I, and maybe you, may never think of, so why don't we brainstorm about our favorite motivated seller profiles?
