How can we save our futures and children?

My children would definitely love that.

Low to very-low incomes, most children in school receive free meals, high crime rate, and on top of that there are 104 registered sex offenders living in that zip code.

The rule is in place largely to discourage family sweatheart deals where say, parents want to make interest free loans to their children.  

Has grown children, but they are special needs(?). 

If something happens to husband of couple B, they will be out of income and may not sustain, plus they have children that will be their priority (I.e. not the rent.)Best indicator of tenant willing and capable of paying rent is the credit score.  

The number of bedrooms required is driven by the number of children in the family.

I appreciate your knowledge and thinking of the most important part of this equation , my children . 

What I've seen in the past, and what my husband's family has done for generations, is this; as parents get older, add the children to title with the appropriate legal safeguards so the parents can stay in the property if they wish, so they property doesn't get encumbered in the event there's a need for long term care etc...  

I am still learning how to identify good deals.My goal is to one day walk away from the corporate world and build a business that can be passed on to my children.
