Help me pick a prospective tenant
Fellow landlords, I’m deciding between two tenants for my 2bd 1ba unit (rent $1500) and would like your input.
COUPLE A:
-both work in retail with a combined income of $80k/year
-no kids
-no pets
COUPLE B:
-husband sole earner with $100k/year (On H1-B visa)
-wife is on a dependent visa and not allowed to work
-2 kids
-no pets
We’ve met them both and are impressed with them. Employment and previous landlord references all verified.
Who would you pick?
