Specifically, it almost seems like being a wholesaler requires not one but TWO full-time jobs -- appraiser and Realtor (one could argue interior designer as well).

One other note to throw out for question - according to Scott's podcast with BP, he was arguing that insurance companies won't pay it half the time if the judge deems the suit outcome is intentional on the owner's end.

I would argue TK is a better route b/c at least the TK provider has skin in the game as real TK providers own the properties they sell, thus having a vested interest.
