Depending on when you purchased and rented your other 6 properties you will either qualify with 75% of lease agreements or your filed tax returns on the schedule E.  

I acknowledged your right to believe such things in my original post on this thread.Th(os)e statements,  ..." may well be true in your moral opinion (not in mine), but the law has no problem with leaving expenses off your tax return.

So whatever I would have on my schedule E for this property would be half of what would normally be.

My lender requested the Schedule E and I just looked at it.

Different situations call for structuring you offer differently, ie. if there are junior mtgs/liens you’ll often ha e to kick in additional funds to satisfy them, above your purchase price.A short sale can only occur before a foreclosure auction.

The area near Cresskill is a high end market in Bergenfield the area near places of warship is another area of high returns the area in the middle between the two is central Bergenfield that is areas near E.

Of course, if seller raises a big stink, I'm not going to hide it.I would just state the E/M, down and loan amount proposed.Why not say?
