There was 1 or 2 evictions where it took an extra 30 to 60 days, but I never get emotional because dealing with tenant problems is a part of being in the rental business.

My point is follow the facts, not your personal emotions.

They will let countless deals go over their emotions and not their investing criteria. 

Establish your criteria now when emotion is not part of it. 

based on the facts that the door price for a multifamily property in a good area in east cleveland is historically low and based on the facts that some properties can have an occupancy rate of 90% and brings monthly cashflow, this whole political thing is a debate and emotionally disturbing but i guess in 20 years the door price will surely not be anymore in those low levels.

Also don't let your emotions get involved to me if I love a house my problem would be doing an over budget rehab.
