Any chance the tree could be changed to a palm?

To my surprise, the home that we went to look at...literally 20 steps away from Jersey Street...was situated on a beautiful, tree lined street surrounded by many well-kept homes AND, at the top of the block, there were 4 new-construction homes being built with price tags of $650-750,000!

She doesn't know the condition in her home since she barely visits the property herself, but judging from outside condition with overgrown trees and roof age and she been renting out it looks like it needs up-to-date 2019 standard remodeling. 

Arrington I think you’re barking up the wrong tree.  

That being said, the driveway is inaccessible, as a broken tree is blocking it and everything is overgrown.

I started out super excited about the BRRRR strategy but have recently thought that screening and dealing with tenants may not end up being my cup of tea, so I may pivot to strictly flipping.

Please what is your take on tree cutting/pruning in Baltimore city?

Am I barking up the right tree as far as looking for an Accountant?

Also, I failed to mention that 2 flowering trees are completely gone and I assume they died and was removed.
