Hello any major difference between guesty, Lodgify and hospitable(once they have their direct booking option)?

A underwritten lender Pre Approval provide sellers with greater assurance that the borrower can close as well as an option for accelerated closing date timeline.

This all makes sense, but can you provide the source?

I would highly recommend hiring a designer for that one, even if it's just a virtual option.

I see two ways of attacking this: - Paid mentorship/training- Teach myself (YouTube videos, Reading, Trail by Fire basically) I am leaning towards the paid option because I do have the capital to pay for a program.

If I get my real estate license would the best option to work for a broker?
