I am having replacement windows installed in my rental SFH (WI);  (didn't know where else to post this). 

By the time I came downstairs, I found him snooping around in my backyard looking inside the windows.

Auction sites are going to require some earnest money down and have a very small window in which you have to close on the property.

The laundry room is small: one washer one dryer.Had my roofer/window guy come out to get measurements.

But this is a small unit, where the third bedroom/den has no window, and the property is close enough to a busy street and train tracks that you can hear the truck traffic and the train. 

@Neel PatelYou have 2 options...  1) call an electrician or 2) simple plug in the lights the outlet under the window.

An inspector will probably spend 3-4 hours there testing every outlet, window, burner, etc.
