North Jersey Newbie

Hey everyone, my name is Al Carvalho and I'm located in Jersey. I currently do not own any properties. My short term can goals can either be cash flow or flips for fast capital. My long term goal is cash flow. All depends on the deal. Syndicates are also an option.

To start I'm looking at houses in the $20k-$30k range which means I'm looking outside of NJ. I'm not afraid of long distance properties as long as I have a good management team. I've also read books on Robert Kiyosaki, Russ Whitney, Carlton Sheets and Dr. Dolf de Roos.
