Hello fellow investors,I couldn't find a clear answer to my questions related to the new San Diego tenant protection regulations and thus my post.

i think it is very difficult to live off of the 'cash flow' from long term rentals, and it takes either a handful of quality, paid off properties or 10-25 leveraged properties depending on your market.making back your down payment in 2.5 years is actually really good - which makes me skeptical of that deal =) you can post the numbers here if you want.finally - check this thread out. 

We tried to find a proper form for the eviction notice - as, if I understand correctly, once eviction notice is posted, we could ask sheriff's office to help us to remove the tenant. 

I was typing fast when I wrote the post and must of had building and dividing on my mind.

Hi Tim, I think the post was misleading, I wasn’t asking for any type of lending as I invest cash with no mortgages.

@Barbara Astler just google scope of work fix and flip and the first one that comps up is BP's post of it and has links there for you! 

Since this post I've flipped 4 properties and own 4 rental units.
