The second was from a very angry homeowner who said she dropped off our letter with the police and now we are under investigation.We knew this would happen but it still feels weird when you KNOW you are running a clean business but others can be so irate over your actions.

Jay Hinrichs what's wrong with what the police did so they tricked criminals into showing up and identifying themselves well if you don't like it then done be a criminal.And as far as leaving the keys in the car is entrapment it's sb no one forced you to get in and drive off with the car.

I unfortunately don't have a lot of advice to offer, but I would definitely still report him to TREA for sure and then I would also, might be a stretch, go to a police station and tell them the situation and ask for their advice.
