I've looked all over the internet and I am finding a lot of different articles saying you need a license to do it if you aren't the owner, others saying you don't need one but you need to know the laws, etc.

It is truly amazing how many rabbit holes you can get into here - just so many people, articles, etc. that all offer so much help.

From online articles to my social groups I believe this is something that has a higher probability now of affecting Jacksonville given our city's circumstances. 

I have been reading many articles on BP about the affects of COVID-19 on the real estate world and i can sense the concern of the real estate community from not receiving rents, sales are at a stand still in some places, and the concerns of a market crash.

Shout out to David Greene who wrote an article about this a few days ago as well as he recalled speaking with the great Robert Kiyosaki on the 5 G's Gold, Gas, Ground, Guns and Grub.
