Could I be stunting my growth as a person by not changing my environment and forcing myself to adapt? 

Boy this is a hell of a shot in the dark…I was listening to a podcast several weeks ago…and the host/guest mentioned a book about building and scaling businesses. 

We are looking to start a rental investment business and we're currently doing all of the reading and learning that we can get our hands on. 

What do most do in terms of keeping rental business out of personal finances?

The person being taken off the lease is not wanting to live there anymore and by law can terminate early in Indiana due to protective order being filed against roommate/girlfriend.

I have 6 acres under contract to develop a flex business park.

I've read they're fast and don't really require much information as far as my personal finances and dti.

But you need to show sophistication in business and in investments.They don't want syndicators taking grandma's money she got from her husbands life insurance and it's all the money she has, and she never worked outside the home.
