I just watched the you tube video with Brandon Turner talking about the 50% rule.

Wayne  some one posted U tube video's of a  lawyer interviewing the regulators at the state of OHIO... they specifically talk about this and specific contract language.. and EM deposits etc... any of what you describe would invalidate the transaction in their eyes and they would look at whoever is the principal is or buyer... and determine they are acting as RE agents in an unlicensed capacity and subject to civil fines and such.Every RIA in the US should do exactly what the OHIO attorney and RIA rep did and interview the states RE regulators so any one interested in wholesaling will understand what is permissible and what is not.

At some point I will just have to call the police and show them the pictures and videos of them smoking and talking so loud after 12am or what I will do is ring their bell at the same time that they woke me up and wake the ENTIRE family up.

Nearby residents have been asked to provide surveillance video feeds to police.

I came across some videos on Youtube and then came to the sight and saw how active the community was.

I will absolutely be watching all the videos.

I was watching a video about different ways around double closing and this was a way that came up.

Read the beginner's guide, listened to podcasts whenever I can, watched videos, read forum posts, visited the blog, became a Pro member, set up keyword alerts, and now, my first forum post.

I can't find the "getting started" page of the PRO section. that was the page after the payment and it had a welcome video and a 1.2GB audio file to download.Can anyone provide a link to that page?
