Hi everyone here on BP,

My name is Robert Magat and I'm a renter here in Yonkers, NY for 6 years now. I also rented in Queens & Elmont. I would love to own my first owner-occupied multi-family house here in Yonkers. From that experience, I plan to buy more.

I'm glad I found BP while looking for reviews on a guru system. From then on, I got hooked. Read the beginner's guide, listened to podcasts whenever I can, watched videos, read forum posts, visited the blog, became a Pro member, set up keyword alerts, and now, my first forum post.
