Hi everyone, so long story short I am new to Real Estate and I figured I would turn to some blogs and forums for some Pro Advice! My interest right now is assigning contracts to Cash Buyers. I'm young and I don't really have any capital, so I'd like to be someone who researches deals and feeds them to cash buyers/investors to eventually build my own capital and work my own deals.

I'd love to learn the process of Assigning Pre-Foreclosures from front to back. I feel I have a decent understanding, just a few things aren't figured out yet.

PLEASE REPLY! I'd love to hear from veterans in this field for information and guidance. All I ask is for is to be talked to with Respect. I've seen some blogs where people see a new investor and rip them apart. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Thanks for your time!

-Nick
