After speaking with a local realtor and lender for quite some time to just get some information, they advised me that we are currently in a "buyers market" compared to a "sellers market."

As you may know, Texas is one of several states that is a non-disclosure state meaning that real estate sales prices do not have to be disclosed and most often are not.

Residential lenders won’t consider the revenue and object to  the business use an/or partial owner financing.  

I recently had a conversation with my lender and mentioned I would be purchasing a property as my primary residence. 

Yes I own both.seems like non lease issues.

A non-paying tenant is not a squatter.

If you can shed any tips or know any FHA lenders drop them down below for me. 

The growing list of issues include multiple poor quality tenants damaging properties and breaking leases with no recourse, and non-existent communication/accountability from property management to the point where I have zero faith in their personnel correcting the issues I'm experiencing.
