That would not include any carpentry work needed for any drop ceiling or boxed in soffits for ducting.I have used high velocity system on ships, and they can be quite noisy, no idea about in a house, but I assume it would be the same (as generally velocity equals noise with air movement).On the contract side of things, I would only do one contract per contractor, listing each item that needs to be done and its costs.  

Most of them uses it and it will save you some money if you can just give them the file instead of a box of reciepts.P.S.

ONe to not rely on someone giving you information.. two  lock box key ( its not literally a key anymore I date myself).. and if you can't make a deal but strike up a good reporte' you simply take a listing.. 

Use that in-home search box on the top-right corner as if it was google

As an agent for the owner with authorization, I've never had the bank not give me the lock box combination, or mail a key, once they've secured a property.

Let's not open that box because it will lead to federal taxes!
