New from and to San Diego

Hello BP community, I'm Kevin and I am very excited to be a new member here. I am 26 years old and originally from Sacramento. I am currently serving out the remainder of my time in he Navy in San Diego and plan to make some property investments while I am here. I want to flip at least two paint and carpet properties in my spare time and learn as much about the business as I can while doing it. I have so many questions so I'm sure I will be talking to a lot of you wonderful people very soon!
