You can invest in multi-family, single family, residential, commercial, notes, land, mobile homes, etc. and those are just a few!

From an investor standpoint, mobile home parks have a barrier to entry (very few new mobile home parks are being built in most states) and offer great cashflow.

Are you thinking about buying an existing mobile home or a new one?

This not only adds 4-5 business days to the process but also have certain limitations e.g. limit on amount that can be transferred or check that can be deposited by mobile etc.  

This particular home is a manufactured/modular home but its not a mobile.
