Hello All you Real Estate Investors! I am so glad to say that I am returning to biggerpockets with ....bigger pockets! This is the second time I have started this discussion as the first time I posted it I chose to post in the New Members section.  To reach out to more of you I thought I should now move to Success stories now that I discovered it.  So I am starting from the start of my aventure so we all will be on the same page.  I was on your site for about a months at the beginning of my adventure and suddenly I was investing and turning my first property. It took me from Jan12th, 2015 to March to renovate my first property, a rental income property, buy a flip, renovate it and sell with enough profit to pay off my loan to the house I live in now and live debt free. Whooo Hooo!!!! Thanks for the insight. I hope to tell you about it in the future... that's if anyone is interested. There was one big question that lenders asked at the beginning that bothered me. What had I done and what could I should them??? So in a day or so I think I will post a slide show.

Stay Tuned,

Elizabeth Matos
