--identify and choose online rent payment system--verify mailing address--determine how to turn one mailing address into 2 apartment addresses through USPS--develop packet for new tenants with utility phone numbers, my contact info, etc.These are a few off the top of my head, and certainly not inclusive.

Get on the phone and/or visit your local lenders for a face to face and you find yourself immersed in so much financial speak that you need a recorder to take notes.As for the other parts of my "team" contractors are a slow and growing process as is having a very good reliable agent that also understands my criteria ( everyone's different ) and also meshes with my personality.The latter is one that I see is more of a challenge for several in this forum.

I use a font that looks handwritten on the outside for the envelope and letter.Keep the letter simple. the goal is to get them to call not to explain your life story.Hi Jared,My wife and I area interested in buying your house on 123 Sesame St.Please call me at (phone number)Thanks,Their are companies like that will find targeted list for homes based on your criteria and send this exact letter I'm describing for you.

From what I've gathered, getting on the phone for a minimum of two hours daily is essential along with networking / marketing skills, luckily I did a lot of cold calls when I sold cars and have pretty good skills overall socially, I just don't know the lingo and don't have anyone to emulate just yet.Thanks for reading my introMay those seeking success find it in abundance today!

I also plan to train a VA to find and communicate with contractors and/or handymen in the future, in other words make phone calls for me.But whatever you use a VA for, if it's repetitive computer work, here are some tips I learned from experience: I recommend that you do a few steps yourself and take a video of it while you're doing it using a screen capture program such as Simple Screen Recorder.

So all of the pages, of everything, need to be looked at.I've been known to text listing agents cell phone pics of the 2 inch thick file I have on someone that has a preapproval letter with my signature at the bottom, so they know why to take THIS offer and not the one for $7k more from Wells.

They're adults and need to handle it as such instead of tattling on each other.I don't even respond when they text me about this and I DEFINITELY don't respond/answer the phone when they contact me after 7PM to tell me about silly things.
