What format are you using for marketing on those platforms?

That process seems more like gambling than investing. 

You can read a ton of info on this platform as well as others that tell you to go up, down, left, right but you're not going to know what works for you until you go out there and take action.

There's a great platform from the City of Hollywood that allows you to search public records via maps, and gives you the owner's information and last sale and price.

Already by taking action, you are ahead of many people on this platform.

It is irritating and after trying it for about a week and getting a lot of “Is it available” or “When can I see it”, I opted for other non-free advertising platforms (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Realtor) and had much more success.

In other words it's customary not necessary,so I will take a gamble and put less.

Everyone wants to do direct bookings and save money on platform fees, but if you cannot survive using the proven search engines, I just do not see a property being successful overall.

Do you use other platforms besides MLS to research median sale prices, price per sqft, number of sales, population, and comparisons to previous years?
