Not every client will be able to use Apple Pay if they're not an Apple user, but I think it's a great thing to have in your arsenal.Charge the deposit up front and send it as a refund after check-out.AirBNB collects the funds at the time of the reservation, and disburses them to you the day after the guest checks in.

I know this is AFTER you are already done with a client (since you work on the front end of the loan), but if you contact the loan servicer holding your note and ask them to remove mortgage insurance (knowing that values have increased), they often refer to Zillow to give you an answer.

I know out our way once you hand the check to the crier its over..WE have to have cashiers checks on the spot for full purchase price.if you found out the day of the sale their could be a chance to have your bank stop payment on the cashiers check but you would need to be a pretty valuable client for the bank issuing the check to do that for you..

I can see how that wouldn't work since similar strategies of "highest and best" scenarios puts off many of the clients i represent and can see how treating a cash buyer as a number would yield similar results.
