So they sent me in writing (text message) saying that I could keep the appliances when the left I said okay that will work then we'll they decided to move out before the end of there lease and have taken the appliances with them my question is am I screwed or with the text message would I be able to fight this in court any responses will be helpful thanks in advance.

There was no doubt in my mind they were quite capable to complete the project on schedule they suggested.

And since it makes sense financially and it is in a location we desire, we feel that it will be worth the fight. 

When the lease is up, you can't remove them indeed, not without a fight.

I find this whole thing fascinating because it's a class fight between market forces and governmental control.
