New member wholesaler
I'm currently trying to get started investing in real estate. Heard wholesale was the easiest way to start so that's what I've been attempting. Although, it's not as easy as the "gurus" say it is. I've put up bandit signs and sent direct mail. I got a couple calls but they weren't the smoking gun I was looking for. Still getting after it but I will say it's been a bit discouraging. Any suggestions? I will never accept defeat! Till the end!

I have a big buyer with a hedge fund that buys a good bit of the stuff I source and it also helps with an easy way to break down if it is a deal or not.
