Ah yes, the "if the buyer agents are ethical, I should be able to force them to work for one third of their normal fee" argument.Also realize, people that shop FSBO's without an agent, are doing it so They can save the commission the seller isn't paying.

He/ she gets paid for being your advocate and handling your matters in a professional way.When choosing an agent, check if they a re a member of the local Board of Realtors and member of the NAR ( National Association of Realtors) because they have a code of ethics they have to follow.

Here in Canada, legislation around both privacy and UCE would necessitate you honour any request to remove someone from your distribution list.The law aside, it would be the ethical thing to do as well.

My view is that ethical wholesaling requires funds to close in the event that you do not obtain a purchaser by the agreed to close date.

Once you have gotten your license and found a sponsoring broker, you will typically be required to join the local association of Realtors as well, which involves a few ethics classes, safety training, etc.Hope this helps!

And I know if I just start with a 100K SFH, I will not reach replacement goal in 10 years, esp knowing that one may not have more than 10 mortgages at one time( if this is true)I don't even know what I just said above is even correct.I am a persistent go getter and WILL do what it takes to get to my goal in an ethical way.Please guide !!
