@Shaz Sheikh There are several things you can do to determine whether Commercial Agent career is for you.

1) reach out to current active commercial brokers in DFW. I'm going with assumption that you'd want to stay local. Ask them about the specific requirements, licence, experience, hours, pace, etc... (You can either look for some here on BP or by searching for RE brokerages in DFW via Google).

2) pick a couple from large agencies and a couple from smaller ones to compare

3) after speaking to all of them, determine what environment resonated best with you (being in a larger company or a smaller one). Ask to shadow the agent that you liked best.

4) If his/her day is something you'd want to pursue down the road, then you've already identified the steps to take in #1 above.

If I can be of further assistance feel free to reach out.

Good luck!
