FSBO- MLS property- 1% buyer commission a big issue

Im selling my personal home and decided to for sale by owner (one week on market) and Ive had some interest just of listing on zillow, postlet. I listed this $235K property for 226K as I wasnt planning on paying listing agent or buyers possibly. Its a great looking house in nice neighborhood so should be easy sale. Just to make sure it sales quickly I put it on MLS for $200 and agreed to pay 1% to buyers agent. I know its quite low but I think it will sale itself at this price in a week and we will be out a head rather that using the agent. Now that we have it on MLS Ive gotten more calls from agents wanting to know what commission will be although it is listed. I figured it would be a quick deal for all parties, easy sale, quick commission although only 1-2% and everyone could have made something. My only worries are that some agents may avoid the house bc they would be getting less than a usual sale(although this is a great deal for their client). Any thought from general folks or agents?
