Regards Going to depend what route you go through (conventional - or DSCR with an LLC etc.) also I believe what state you are in matters - states can vary how they treat marriages and guarantor / requirement rules

Do local ordinances or ADA guidelines require changes to the property such as: - accessible ramps- sprinklers, fire alarms, fire escapes, etc.- bathroom upgrades- modifications to size of types of doorways, windows, etc

We require them to show up at our office, then we travel to the showing.

Hi Richard - Sounds like DSCR is the way to go with no DTI requirments.

DSCR will not allow for owner-occupancy, and also will require much larger down payments.
