I have a customer who rehabs in the city , the first thing he does is boards up all ground level windows and doors with 3/4 plywood .

I have gotten the approval from all family members to get into flipping homes, and even learned that one of my children have been thinking (and wanting) to do the same thing!  I was rather surprised at the eager appro...

The model was working great, but I have been working with one bank for all the transactions, and they now say my new loan requests must go in front of a board to get approved due to the number of loans I have (also total loan value).
