Hello, My name is Bryan Hawk i live near muskegon michigan, I was referred to this site by another member, I recently retired from my job of 28 years at Gerber as a boiler operator, And i am a volunteer fireman for more than 30 years ,and started a property management company with my wife Lori 2yrs ago.  We have mainly been doing preservation on foreclosed homes, and some rehabbing of homes for rentals. I never realized just how many vacant homes we have in this area that would be so profitable, so many have sat vacant for so many years. My goal is to get on board with a investor or someone whos intrested in making a difference and fixing/flipping these homes so familys can occupy them an they wont go to waste:)
