Perhaps he is not aware that the air pressure in a plane at 40,000 feet is different than on the ground or that flying at 300+ miles per hour is different than what his dog enjoyed on the top of the roof of his car.

They are single car garages, but they are really long so you could maybe squeeze two small cars in them.The property has a lot of deferred maintenance that I will be addressing in the next few months.

Usually $40 or so for this.For just photos and valuation, we have hired BPO agents to take pics and do full blown BPOs, usually $80-100.I've had decent luck on craigslist for small one off odd jobs, make sure I get their car license plate, photo of the drivers license and a facetime/skype call face to face to feel them out.Its not easy all of the time, but when you can get to the point where you can flip properties in your OWN market without seeing them, you can do it in other markets just as easily.

If you peruse the MLS and see that buyers 80% of sales are gobbling up 4 bed 2 bath with a 2 car garage and a basement on a half acre lot size in the 250k selling range then you have a pulse on what is moving in the market.You wouldn't want to take on 10 listings of 500k price larger homes if most of those are not selling and buyer demand is low for your area in this cycle.
