I like both, have run background checks, and there are no red flags.

I have much less problem with his background as I do with the installment plan.

So, I was listening to the BP podcast and the subject of how to do background checks on your renters came up.

The house is beautiful inside and out, so any advice?

We have very similar backgrounds!

Then I have realtors telling me that "it is so well maintained and beautiful that if I would just come see it in person then I would understand how profitable it would be."

We are also working to complete our background check integration and improvements to our online application feature so hopefully all of these updates should be available in early August, but we don't have a set release date yet.
