I was happy to see my tech and real estate worlds collide the other day when they posted an interesting article about a project started by the University of Wisconsin.The website, http://www.netmigration.wisc.edu/, shows the positive and negative migration flows of Americans, county by county.

Follow the major commuting highways out of Dallas 1-1.5 hours and find a small town.Look for towns with regional universities/colleges, hospitals, expanding manufacturing.I see some turn-key operators here in Atlanta following that strategy.
