We live near the University of Wisconsin, and there are always properties available in those areas.

I have heard of several different university studies on this subject ( closest friends and your habits) over the years .regardless of all that it’s been my experience Non ambitious and negative  people will drag you down in life .theres a stark difference between a “ drifter” and person with dreams and goals in life .

@Dee Deeksha if you are looking for new construction the areas are South Jordan, Millcreek by 500 and 33rd and West Valley of all the places I would recommend the Milcreek because of its proximity to downtown, sugarhouse and the university. 

I don't have an MBA or an MSRE, but I do have a BA and 5 academic certificates from Universities that dovetail with my interests in Real Estate.   

After training, there is the 'ecosystem' (I like to call it Sumrok University) of students.
