Just clarify I am not looking for a property management service company(I think I can handle the paperwork, screening and all that) just repair service (ideally maybe tailored towards rental property).

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Good luck having them pin it on you with out a neighbor saying they saw you haul out the tv.

Ensure any existing tenants were properly screened so you don't inherit problem tenants without being aware of it.
